Job Description Develop, optimize, and validate CNC programs while ensuring compliance with plan requirements, all while respecting quality, cost, and delivery goals. Select, define, and configure the cutting tools best suited for machining to ensure efficient and controlled machining. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the service through updating methods and implementing best practices. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (Technical Office, Methods, Machining) to optimize the manufacturability of parts and guarantee a smooth and efficient production chain. Participate in solving technical problems by providing your expertise in machining to enhance the robustness of processes. Profile Organized and methodical, you are capable of managing several projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of rigor and reliability. Flexible and open-minded, you know how to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and adjust your priorities according to service needs. With strong communication skills, you can tailor your approach to a variety of stakeholders. Your analytical skills and proactivity allow you to quickly identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to overall performance. Qualifications Holder of a CFC in Micromechanics or a technical degree in mechanical engineering considered equivalent, with confirmed experience in CNC setting, ideally acquired in the field of micromechanics. A minimum of 3 years of CNC experience is desired, with exposure to specific machining requirements. Knowledge of the software; mastery of Alphacam X is important.
