Ensure proper setup and smooth operation of service. Observe hygiene and food safety regulations. Participate in stock management and goods control. Collaborate with the team to guarantee a prior customer experience as a Sushi Chef or in a position with knowledge of sushi techniques and Japanese products. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Team spirit, dynamism, proficiency in French, any other language is a plus. A stimulating and friendly work environment.
