We are seeking our assistant manager; if you love beer, know how to pour it, serve it with a smile, are familiar with brasserie cuisine, and enjoy being around people, you are starting to interest usSkills required:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable position- Professional knowledge of VD is a plusMain qualities:- Male/Female- Sharp commercial sense- Rigorous and organized- Excellent manager- Versatile and available (late closing on weekends and mainly evening activities)Job responsibilities:- Ensure customer reception and quality service- Carry out commercial and financial follow-up- Manage social media- Lead and structure teams- Supervise the production process- Organize stock management and supplies- Substitute for managementStart date to be agreed upon.
