We are a Property Management Group. We are a Real Estate Group established in the French-speaking part of Switzerland with agencies in Geneva, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Fribourg, Sion, and Neuchâtel. In the context of developing our business, we wish to hire, for our Pully agency, a Property Manager. Job Description: Manage all activities related to the portfolio consisting of condominiums, on a technical level, and be responsible for all activities of the condominium management group. Supervise and execute various tasks in the work follow-up process. Actively participate in the General Assemblies of condominium buildings as well as in committees and meetings. We offer: A diverse position within a family group, close collaboration with a self-sufficient work team, and interaction with various stakeholders from partner companies in a pleasant working environment. 5 weeks of vacation, then 6 weeks after 5 years of seniority. Flexible working hours from 6:30 AM and remote work possible after the request period. We ask for: Good knowledge in condominium management, good knowledge of Quorum, and mastery of tools with great ease in contacts, particularly by phone, organized. Driver’s license: To be agreed.
