Sales (M/F) At Alpes Lasers SA, the client guides each of our actions. Our mission: to transform scientific excellence into concrete, efficient, and valuable laser solutions. A Swiss high-tech company specializing in infrared lasers, particularly quantum cascade lasers (QCL), we operate at the intersection of photonics, microtechnology, and R&D. We support demanding players in the fields of spectroscopy, medical, industry, and wish to strengthen our sales team in a continuous context and are looking for a Sales (M/F). This key position acts as the link between our clients, R&D, and production. You will play a crucial role in revenue growth, opportunity development, and expanding our responsibilities.Business Development & Opportunity ManagementYou actively develop the sales of our laser systems and solutions to meet the set objectives. Analyze incoming requests and build tailored value propositions that meet clients’ technical and industrial constraints. Define requirements with R&D and Production. Develop commercial offers and ensure rigorous tracking of the pipeline until sales are concluded. Guarantee customer satisfaction and maintain accounts, regularly providing activity reports to management.Proactive Prospecting & Market ExpansionYou contribute directly to revenue growth and the opening of new markets. Identify and target new segments, test and techniques. Structure and deploy commercial action plans. Participate in trade shows, scientific events, and client visits.Contribution & Technical MarketingYou are an active source of market and commercial intelligence. Identify new trends and technological opportunities. Participate in the development of digital support (web, LinkedIn). Report market needs to guide the product roadmap.ProfileHigher technical or commercial education (degree X experience B2B = in demanding technical environments). Strong closing culture. Excellent teamwork skills. Excellent communication and technical skills. Pronounced taste for fieldwork, mobility, and autonomy. Service-oriented with a commitment to quality. Bilingual in French-English, one or more additional languages is a plus.We are looking for a structured, dynamic, performance-oriented technical salesperson capable of identifying opportunities where others see only constraints.
