Position: Nursery Manager – Busy Bees Cheadle Hulme (Good Ofsted Rating)

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding childcare
• Ensure high-quality EYFS practice and continuous improvement
• Maintain full compliance and a safe learning environment
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
• Support staff development and promote best practices

About You:

• Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality early years education
