Job Description:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
This includes responding to queries related to delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service questions via both phone calls and live chat support. Additionally, you will be required to manage multiple chats simultaneously while ensuring responses meet or exceed service standards.
