We’re seeking a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager who is committed to delivering the highest standards of early years education and care. In this role, you will:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional childcare and strong EYFS practice.
• Drive quality improvement , enhancing educational programmes and daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance , maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed environment.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources , ensuring efficient and effective nursery operations.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
• Support professional development , coaching your team to grow and excel.

• A Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ).
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early years education.
