As an Apprentice Technical Advisor, your mission is to dive deep into the HVAC industry and provide exceptional support to our customers, internal engineers, and sales teams. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Manage inbound calls from customers and engineers.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, offering technical assistance on Viessmann products via phone and email.
• Identify and select parts for spare part inquiries.
• Handle technical inquiries related to design, performance, approval, production, and operation of Viessmann products.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, help sheets, reports, and records in our internal CRM system.
• Assist with any other duties to support Viessmann technical operations.

We seek enthusiastic individuals who are ready to learn and grow! Here’s what you need:

• Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English, Maths, and ICT or Engineering.
• A full UK driving license.
• A bright, inquisitive mind with a passion for learning.
• Strong written English skills.
• An interest in Engineering and the HVAC industry.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Confidence and articulate communication skills.
