We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is integral to our supply chain, ensuring efficient movement and storage of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and checks.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Strong understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
- A team player attitude and good communication skills.
- Forklift operation experience and certification are highly desirable.
