Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This position is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. Your commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and safety will be key to success in this role. We provide a structured environment that encourages growth and development within the logistics industry. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against shipping documents.
  • Sort and store merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently and correctly according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely after proper training.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and reporting any maintenance needs.
  • Contribute to overall team goals and support other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience as a warehouse associate, or in a related logistics role, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting repeatedly.
  • Proficiency in lifting objects up to 55 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
  • Commitment to excellent Safety practices and compliance.
