In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and quickly. This position is perfect for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic warehouse environment, contributing to the success of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Pick items from warehouse shelves based on order slips.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages for shipment according to carrier and company standards.
- Conduct quality checks on products before packing and shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as scanners and packing stations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper receiving and stocking procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE .
