We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics center, involving a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to attendance.
