Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log all incoming inventory.
- Sort and stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order lists and scanning equipment.
- Pack products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, ensuring clear pathways for Safety.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment as trained.
- Follow all company procedures and Safety regulations, including the correct usage of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and audits as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is an advantage.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 45 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics.
- A strong commitment to Safety and following all established protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must be reliable and have a strong attendance record.
- Team-oriented attitude.
