You will be responsible for managing stock levels, conducting regular audits, implementing inventory control procedures, and utilizing our inventory management system. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all inventory items.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety in all inventory-related tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics. Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Must be willing to follow safety regulations and wear required PPE.
