Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate in Detroit, Michigan! This position is key to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks that support the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within our facility. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against documentation.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
  • Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Support overall logistics processes and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.
  • Must comply with all safety requirements and utilize required PPE.
  • Understanding of logistics operations is a plus.
