Our busy Houston, Texas distribution center is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and follow all safety protocols.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Adherence to safety procedures and the correct use of PPE is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is helpful.
