This role requires physical dexterity, the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, and regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Stock merchandise accurately on warehouse shelves and in designated areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety standards, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Perform frequent lifting of boxes and items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capacity for consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures, including the importance of PPE.
