We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to become an integral part of our logistics operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving and processing inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments for delivery, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our facility. Safety is our top priority, and we provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, capable of performing tasks involving significant lifting, and works well within a team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Stage products for outbound shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Strictly adhere to all safety rules and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and fellow associates.
- Perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to wear all required PPE.
