We're hiring an Order Picker for our busy San Diego, California facility! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Precision and speed are essential as you navigate the warehouse using pick lists or scanning devices. Your attention to detail will ensure that the correct items and quantities are picked, minimizing errors and maximizing customer satisfaction. This position involves significant walking and reaching, and may require **lifting** items up to 30 pounds. **PPE** will be provided to ensure your **safety** while performing these duties. A good understanding of warehouse layouts and basic **logistics** principles will be beneficial. We are committed to maintaining a **safety**-first culture, and all employees are expected to follow established safety procedures. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities include locating items, verifying product information, carefully handling products, and staging them for packing.
