Join our team in Des Moines, Iowa as a Warehouse Associate and play a key role in our daily logistics operations. We are looking for hardworking individuals to perform a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will contribute to the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment. A commitment to Safety and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock products accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and correctly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform duties involving the occasional Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Proficiency in performing manual Lifting and moving of materials.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety regulations.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
