Job Summary:
Join our thriving distribution center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders and prepare them for shipment. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing hand-held scanners and other equipment to fulfill orders. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are paramount.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scanner directives.
  • Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, pallet wrappers) as needed.
  • Label packages with correct shipping information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts as needed.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to read and interpret order forms and labels.
  • Familiarity with hand-held scanners is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent bending, walking, standing, and occasional Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Compliance with all PPE requirements is essential.
  • Understanding of warehouse Logistics and order fulfillment processes is advantageous.
