We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker to join our busy logistics facility in Boise, Idaho. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your primary duties will involve using pick lists or scanning devices to locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves, ensuring the correct quantity and item type are selected. This position demands efficiency and a high level of accuracy to maintain customer satisfaction and minimize errors. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, performing frequent lifting of items, typically up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Standing and walking for extended periods are also key aspects of this role. Safety is paramount in our operations; therefore, you must strictly adhere to all safety regulations and wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order requirements.

- Report any inventory discrepancies to management.
- Perform regular lifting of items, up to 30-50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform frequent lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
