Join our active logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is fundamental to the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring that goods are processed, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Worker, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work with a team to manage inventory and contribute to the smooth flow of products through our supply chain. This position requires a good level of physical fitness, as it involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and regular lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced logistics operation. Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Perform regular lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Awareness of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
