Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from various warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Package products carefully to prevent damage during transit, adhering to packing guidelines.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to track inventory and orders.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order lists before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all logistics protocols.
- Strictly follow all company safety rules and procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed daily order fulfillment targets.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or general warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 45 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and proper use of PPE.
This role requires consistent physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting. Safety is our utmost priority, and the correct use of PPE is non-negotiable.
