Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Virginia Beach, Virginia! We are seeking dedicated individuals to play a crucial role in our e-commerce fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. A commitment to workplace safety, including the correct use of PPE, is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing logistics operation.
Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse shelves using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate manual and powered pallet jacks to move inventory.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to achieving daily order fulfillment targets.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
