Join our dynamic logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee, as an Order Picker. We are seeking efficient and accurate individuals to play a crucial role in our order fulfillment process. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders. Your attention to detail ensures that our customers receive the correct items, contributing directly to client satisfaction. This position requires agility, focus, and a commitment to safety. You will be working within a busy warehouse environment, involving significant physical activity, including frequent lifting. We strictly enforce safety protocols and require the use of appropriate PPE to ensure a secure workplace for everyone. This is a great chance to build your career in warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from designated warehouse locations using order lists or scanning equipment.
- Verify product information to ensure it matches the order details.
- Package items appropriately for safe transit.
- Stage picked orders for quality control and shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in picking and staging areas.
- Operate manual and powered pallet jacks safely.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or distribution role is a plus. Ability to interpret order forms and identify product SKUs. Must possess good hand-eye coordination and be able to work at a consistent pace. Capable of frequent lifting and moving of items weighing up to 40 pounds. Strong attention to detail to minimize errors. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods in a warehouse setting. A commitment to safety and the mandatory use of PPE is essential.
