We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a comprehensive role involving a wide range of activities critical to our logistics operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking inventory, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively. We are committed to a high standard of safety, requiring all personnel to follow strict safety protocols and use appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics operations. Commitment to safety and adherence to all guidelines, including the use of PPE.
