Are you ready to be a key player in our Tampa, Florida warehouse operations? We are hiring a dedicated Picker/Packer to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This role is fundamental to our logistics success. Your primary duties will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanning devices, and then carefully packing those items into appropriate shipping containers. You will be responsible for selecting the right packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit and correctly labeling all outgoing shipments. Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment is crucial for efficiency and safety. You must adhere to all company safety guidelines and utilize the required PPE at all times. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced logistics setting. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential. This role involves consistent lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.
