Job Summary:
Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Seattle, Washington, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is vital to our logistics operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from start to finish. You will be responsible for picking items, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment, utilizing various warehouse technologies. A commitment to accuracy, speed, and maintaining a safe work environment is paramount. As a Fulfillment Associate, you play a direct role in ensuring customer satisfaction. We provide all mandatory PPE . This position involves consistent Lifting and requires the ability to be on your feet and active throughout your shift in a fast-paced logistics setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order details using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment and prepare them for carrier pickup.
  • Stage completed orders in designated areas for outgoing logistics.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all protocols.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
  • Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Contribute to team goals and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or picking role is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
  • Familiarity with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Capacity for moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a standing and walking role for extended periods.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
