We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our bustling facility in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics chain. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and managing inventory. You will operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and potentially other warehouse equipment. A commitment to Safety is essential, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety regulations. This position requires physical ability for frequent Lifting and movement. We offer a dynamic work environment where teamwork and efficiency are highly valued. - Receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments.
- Stocking shelves and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Accurately picking items for orders using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Packing orders carefully to ensure safe transport.
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assisting with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Following all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Using required PPE consistently.
This role involves regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. A basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics is helpful.
