We are searching for a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. You will work closely with other departments, including logistics, receiving, and shipping, to ensure seamless operations. Knowledge of inventory management software and principles is highly desirable. While physical tasks are involved, including occasional Lifting of items up to 25 lbs, the primary focus is on data management and process improvement. Adherence to Safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain and reducing operational costs through effective inventory management.
