About this Job
As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be working in a dynamic and challenging environment where every day is different. The role involves patrolling international boundaries, coastal waterways and performing farm checks to prevent illicit activity from entering the country. You will also be responsible for stopping contraband, making arrests and enforcing laws while utilizing surveillance detection situation awareness systems communications equipment analyzing information rapidly developing maintaining networks informants patrolling inspecting detained people vehicles immediate surroundings weapons currency evidence processing apprehending restricting assisting investigations serving court orders reporting gathering data.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
