We are seeking a motivated Junior Network Administrator to support the daily operations, maintenance, and security of our network infrastructure. This role works closely with senior IT staff to ensure reliable connectivity across on-premises and cloud environments while supporting business applications, including ERP systems such as Infor or VitalEdge. Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring, configuring and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN and firewall systems Support user account management (Active Directory, email, VPN access) Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and performance issues Help maintain switches, routers, access points, and related equipment Support network security initiatives, patching, and vulnerability remediation Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions Provide Tier 12 technical support to end users Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience) 13 years of IT or networking experience (internships count) Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V and Microsoft 365 Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus Knowledge of ERP environments (Infor or VitalEdge) preferred Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Linder Industrial Machinery Company is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
