About the RoleAs an HVAC Technical Support Advisor , you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality technical support to both external and internal customers. You’ll be part of a collaborative technical team, assisting customers via phone and email, and occasionally visiting sites as needed. Continuous learning is key, and you’ll maintain your technical expertise through ongoing training.
Your Responsibilities- Handle technical calls from customers, both internal and external.
- Respond to technical emails and plan customer assistance site visits.
- Prepare detailed reports for customers.
- Assist in training apprentices.
- Manage out-of-hours technical calls following your training.
- Previous experience with HVAC products (VRFs preferred, along with chillers and split systems).
- F-gas certificate.
- Hydrocarbon certificate is a plus.
- Guilds or NC in Refrigeration.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 360 & Outlook.
- Willingness to travel to other sites (occasionally).
