As an Apprentice Electrician , you’ll dive into the world of electrical installations, gaining the skills needed to become a fully qualified Electrician. Your primary focus will be:

• Maintaining our fleet of mobile/transportable steam and hot water boiler systems.
• Conducting inspections and testing in accordance with BS7671 .
• Learning about control wiring to build a solid foundation in fault-finding.
• Working on various electrical installations, including mobile and fixed wiring.
• Participating in refurbishment projects and troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Gaining experience with electrical power supplies and control panels.
• Exploring digital control systems and basic BMS (Building Management Systems).

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English, Science, and Maths.
• A driving license is desirable, with the expectation to obtain one by the second year of the apprenticeship.
• A keen learner who is eager to ask questions and get involved.
• Good written English and strong communication skills.
• An interest in electrical engineering, heating systems, and control panels.
• Good problem-solving skills and computer literacy, including basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
