As an Apprentice Service Technician , your primary goal will be to learn and master the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, ultimately qualifying as a skilled HVAC Service Technician. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Regularly attending the College of NW London to study for a Level 3 Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps qualification.
• Working on a variety of HVAC equipment, from small water and air side products to large commercial systems.
• Participating in customer site visits, shadowing qualified Technicians.
• Gaining knowledge about refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges, both in-person and remotely.
• Learning about pumps, water hydraulics, and digital control systems.

We want enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow! Here’s what you need to bring:

• Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English, Maths, Science, and ICT or Engineering.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A bright, inquisitive mindset with a passion for learning.
• Good written English skills.
• An interest in M&E, Engineering, and the HVAC industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Confidence and articulate communication skills.
