Your RoleWe are on the lookout for a proactive professional who is ready to drive growth in our Power & Pump division throughout the Midlands region . This is your chance to build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers while uncovering exciting new business opportunities. Your mission? To boost sales, rentals, and profits by targeting both existing and new market verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, manage, and deliver the Sales plan for your territory.
- Introduce the Carrier range of products and services, identifying strategic opportunities to expand our market share.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide industry-leading standards to our customer base.
- Build strong, value-adding relationships with existing customers.
- Prospect for new customers and explore opportunities with current clients.
- Engage in continuous personal development to enhance your product and application knowledge.
- Contribute to and utilize Carrier Rental System data systems, especially our CRM.
- Provide insightful reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales in your designated area.
- Assist in the collection of payments due for services provided in your area.
- Outside sales experience in Plant Hire or Construction (experience selling pump solutions is a plus).
- Familiarity with electrical power supply equipment like generators, solar, or battery storage solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- A self-motivated attitude with a passion for success.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Competitive base salary + 20% Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
