Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Carrier is excited to announce an opportunity for an Area Sales Manager (Service) focused on the vibrant Midlands region. This is your chance to drive growth and make a significant impact in our reoccurring revenue account base, also known as our service agreement customers.
What Will You Be Doing?Prospecting & Research: Identify potential customers using Carrier’s extensive equipment installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor insights.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations, conduct customer needs assessments, and secure new maintenance agreements.
Building Relationships: Establish rapport with customers through effective questioning techniques to uncover their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timelines.
Site Surveys: Perform thorough site surveys and facility walkthroughs to evaluate customer needs and craft tailored maintenance proposals.
Sales Tools: Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track and develop a robust backlog of sales opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure quality results on Maintenance Agreements and swiftly resolve customer issues.

Minimum Requirements:
Strong service sales background.
Familiarity with the Chiller, HVAC, or Heat-Pump marketplace is a plus, or the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to engage prospective customers and convert inquiries into project wins.
Valid UK Driving Licence.
IT literate with proficiency in MS Office.
