Field Service Engineer

Location: Covering the Birmingham, Coventry, and Dudley area

• Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of performance reports
• Deliver engaging product training to staff and customers
• Support our Sales Team in driving sales growth across the UK
• Provide best-in-class customer service on-site in residential properties

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• ACS Qualified: Gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)
• Demonstrated technical expertise gained through industry experience
• A keen attention to detail
• A confident and adaptable work style
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients
