Chubb Fire & Security , a proud member of the global Carrier group, is on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre in Blackburn. If you're ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Your Work ScheduleYou’ll enjoy a balanced 37.5-hour work week , Monday to Friday, with day shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM. For example, you might work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Your MissionAs a Customer Service Advisor, your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to both our internal and external customers. You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including:
- Field-based Engineers
- Account Managers
- Our Branch Network
You'll work closely with Customer Service Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure every customer has the best experience possible.
What You'll Be Doing- Responding to inbound calls in a dedicated, professional, and effective manner.
- Demonstrating excellent service to all customers.
- Maintaining company standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
- Accurately recording and processing information.
- Taking ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
- Identifying and escalating incidents that may affect service delivery.
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Have at least six months of customer service experience.
- Possess call centre or customer-facing experience.
- Be proactive with strong communication skills.
- Have a working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Be able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Communicate effectively within a team.
