Chubb Fire & Security , a proud member of the global Carrier group, is on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre in Blackburn. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Your Work Schedule

You’ll enjoy a balanced 37.5-hour work week , Monday to Friday, with day shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM . For example, you might work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM .

Your Mission

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary goal will be to provide outstanding service to both our internal and external customers. You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including:

  • Field-based Engineers
  • Account Managers
  • Our Branch Network

Work closely with our Customer Service Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience!

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Responding to inbound calls in a dedicated, professional, and effective manner.
  • Demonstrating excellent service to all customers.
  • Maintaining company standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
  • Accurately recording and processing information.
  • Taking ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
  • Identifying and escalating any incidents that may affect service delivery.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should:

  • Have at least six months of customer service experience.
  • Possess call centre or customer-facing experience.
  • Be proactive with strong telephone and communication skills.
  • Have a working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Be able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Communicate effectively within a team environment.
