Role OverviewAre you ready to take the lead? In this exciting role, you will manage and develop our Pre-Sales team, transforming it into a central and trusted point of contact across the business. You will oversee day-to-day customer service activities, ensuring that customer queries, service or billing inquiries are resolved efficiently, while maintaining accurate handling of customer information and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team to deliver outstanding customer support.
- Develop apprentices within the team, supporting their professional growth.
- Oversee team skills development and coordinate training initiatives.
- Manage government schemes, including MCS umbrella and other relevant programs.
- Support the introduction of new equipment into the product portfolio.
- Assist in the design and sale of equipment for both small and large-scale projects.
- Provide support across domestic and commercial heating product lines.
- Ensure accurate handling of customer data, billing information, and product specifications.
- Experience in customer service and/or pre-sales support.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with structured processes while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Interest or experience in heating, technical products, or related sectors (desirable).
- Proficient IT skills.
- Excellent people skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- An understanding of government schemes is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
- An understanding of ASHPs is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
