We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Social Media Services Associate to join our marketing team.

With you we will:

• Analyze online data that is relevant to Brands/Nestlé based on sentiment, product category, marketing activities (Product experience, Packaging, Customer Relations management);
• Monitor of owned Nestlé social media channels, send posts to the relevant markets;
• Monitor and analyze online contents regarding Nestlé and its brands in the media and social networks (media outlets, blogs, X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and prepare reports using web analytics application;
• Provide alerts about all online Nestlé social media channels;
• Prepare reports using data analytics;

Key requirements:

• A digital enthusiast with knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
• A professional with great analytical skills;
• Confident user of MS Excel, MS Power Point;
• An expert with the ability to deliver detail reporting;
• Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal);
• A great communicator and a team player.
