Pomeroy Living is seeking a dedicated Activity Director to lead our vibrant activities program. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and implement a diverse range of recreational and social activities. Supervise and train activity staff and volunteers. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies. Qualifications: Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) or Certified Activity Director (CAD) required. Minimum of two years of experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years, including at least one year in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
