Location: Wimbledon or Stockport

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you ready to take the lead in driving growth and innovation? Carrier is on the lookout for a passionate Business Development Lead to help us expand our customer base and achieve our ambitious growth goals for 2026. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment!

Your Mission

As our Business Development Lead, you will:

  • Manage a team of specialist Service Agreement sellers to hit portfolio growth targets, focusing on converting new equipment to contracts and reclaiming contracts from competitors.
  • Develop a robust standard process for converting new equipment sales into Carrier maintenance contracts.
  • Conduct detailed customer profiling to create effective client contact plans for all revenue streams.
  • Implement standard work processes for renewing existing service agreements.
  • Deploy growth strategies to enhance customer engagement and maximize market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the selling process.
  • Recruit talent as needed to ensure comprehensive sales coverage.
  • Establish a regular sales cadence to track activities and meet sales objectives.
  • Provide timely feedback and performance management for your sales team.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Experience managing teams in a service-driven industry; HVAC knowledge is a plus!
  • A strong sales background with proven success in driving growth initiatives.
  • Experience in process transformation and implementing change.
  • Marketing campaign management experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation skills for senior-level client meetings.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence.
  • IT proficiency, with at least 5 years of CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).
