- Collaborate with your team, UX, and Product Managers to shape the vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

Lead, mentor, and support engineers in their growth through regular 1:1 meetings, feedback, and daily team check-ins.

Guide architectural decisions in partnership with your team, contribute to hands-on implementation, and thoughtfully review design choices.

Ensure the quality, security, stability, and cost-effectiveness of the AI services and products your team develops.

Build and strengthen your team by identifying and onboarding new talent as needed.

Stay current on advancements and trends in AI Engineering, bringing new ideas and learnings to your team.
- 2–3 years of experience leading product-oriented engineering teams within AI Engineering.

Proven expertise in AI Engineering, including evaluation processes and quality assurance in AI-driven environments.

Practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG); familiarity with LLM-based chat applications is essential.

Experience with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith or Langfuse is a plus.

Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience in building scalable and maintainable AI architectures and using infrastructure-as-code tools.

Demonstrated success in developing large-scale, user-centric AI products and services.

Working knowledge of scalable, serverless, and highly available AWS applications; familiarity with technologies such as Lambda, SQS, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, CDK, Datadog, and Github Actions.

Effective communicator, comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders across all levels.

Experience working with OKRs and agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum.
