Job Title: Data engineer with dbt and snowflake Job ID: 77161 - DMND0000062364 Position Type: Full-time Location: SanAntonio, TX, other location ( Phoenix(AZ), Plano (TX) ) Onsite: RTO (5 days per week) Experience level: 9+ yrs Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Lead , Data Engineering with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake-based cloud data warehousing and modern ELT development using dbt (Core or Cloud), with deep proficiency in advanced SQL, dimensional modeling (Kimball/Data Vault), incremental and snapshot strategies, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Snowflake. The candidate must have experience designing scalable, production-grade ELT pipelines, implementing CI/CD for dbt, integrating orchestration tools, and enforcing data quality through automated testing and observability frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud platforms and security in Snowflake, version control (Git), and DevOps-driven deployment practices is required, along with demonstrated experience leading technical design reviews and mentoring data engineering teams and work in onsite-offshore model mentoring the offshore members to drive delivery.
