Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer Location: McLean, VA or New York City (Day 1 Onsite – No Remote) Eligibility: Only U.S. Citizens , Green Card or EAD We are seeking a
Machine Learning Engineer
to support a mission-critical recommender platform driving significant incremental business value. This role is ideal for engineers with deep expertise in operationalizing ML pipelines and scaling distributed systems. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of application development experience (non-internship) 1+ year of experience with Big Data technologies 5+ years of experience operationalizing model training pipelines 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD (automation & maintenance focus) Preferred Skills 5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, Scala, or Java 2+ years working with public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 3+ years with distributed data/computing tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, EMR, etc.) Experience with real-time data & streaming applications NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) Data warehousing (Redshift or Snowflake) Strong UNIX/Linux and shell scripting experience
