Procurement Manager Co-manufacturing (m/f/x)

At our location in Eppelheim (GER) we are looking for you (m/f/x) as:

YOUR TASKS:

Reporting to the Senior Manager Procurement Ingredients, you are an emerging leader who will lead the procurement of our externally manufactured products as a strong business leader. Capable of effectively linking our business needs with the external business environment, you will deliver exceptional results for Capri Sun. By building and nurturing relationships with our external partners who supply us finished goods and/or services our company needs, you will support our vision to become the world’s most sustainable kids drink company

Your tasks include the following activities:

• Develop a sourcing strategy on External Manufacturing supporting Capri Sun’s business goals

• Develop a database of co-manufacturer to support future innovation projects

• Close coordination with interfaces to Quality, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Logistics, R&D and Marketing

• Grow and nurture key relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to maximise business value for Capri Sun. This includes organising and participating in periodic business and relationship review meetings with suppliers.

• Lead tenders in close cooperation with stakeholders to ensure best possible supply chain, total cost of ownership and contractual outcome for the company

• Identify and lead the implementation of continuous improvement projects that will not only lower cost but increase efficiency, quality & service coordination with the departments concerned 

• Partner with your fellow Procurement colleagues in Packaging & Ingredients to leverage their knowledge & expertise to optimise these areas at External Manufacturers

• Invoice verification, tracking of credit memo receipts and processing of the invoice workflow and all other operational procurement activities

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed technical, commercial or economic-technical oriented degree (e.g. business administration with focus on purchasing/logistics/supply chain management or industrial engineering)

• Proven Procurement expertise including negotiation, commercial agreements and supplier relationship management skills

• Leadership skills to lead projects, drive supplier negotiations and lead external discussions

• Ability to interpret insights from data

• Strong collaboration and communication skills 

• Solid project management skills

• Strong communication skills in  English 

• Good MS Office and SAP skills
